在链拉长时截短滚子链，可反转运行的 BS 2/R-...

1 Getriebemotor mit Flansch
abnehmen.
2 Seitliche Abdeckplatten des
Antriebs abschrauben.
3 Schutzkastenhälfte der Umlenkung
entfernen
4 Kettenschloss am Spannrad im
Kettenspanner durch Drehen an der
Sechskantkupplung positionieren
(zu erkennen an verzinkter Lasche
und Sicherungsringen).
5 Kettenspanner entriegeln!
Dies wird durch gleichzeitiges
Ziehen der beiden „Klinken" an den
Federn erreicht!
5a Kettenspanner nach oben stellen,
mit Stift, Schraubendreher o.ä.
festsetzen.
6 Kette öffnen, dazu Kettenschloss
entfernen.
7 Kette kürzen, dazu erforderliche
Anzahl Kettenglieder mit
Demontagewerkzeug entfernen
(BS 2/R-H: 8 981 010 511,
BS 2/R-V: 3 842 539 357).
8 Kettenenden am Spannrad
zusammenführen und mit
Kettenschloss verschließen.
9 Kettenspanner nach unten stellen
.
10 Kette durchdrehen und ölen mit
2 ... 3g Öl/m Kette (z. B. Structovis
GHD, 0 842 904 229) ölen.
11 Vordere Schutzkastenhälfte
montieren.
12 Abdeckplatten AS 2/...-1200
montieren.
13 Bei AS 2/...-1200 Getriebemotor
(mit montiertem Flansch) auf
Sechskantwelle aufstecken.

1 Remove gear motor with fl ange.
2 Unscrew the side cover plates of
the drive.
3 Remove the protective housing half
from the return unit.
4 Position the master link on the
tension wheel in the chain tensioner
by rotating the hex shaft coupling
(recognizable by galvanized strap
and retainer rings).
5 Release the chain tensioner! This
can be achieved by pulling on both
of the "handles" on the springs at
the same time!
5a Raise the chain tensioner, affi x with
pin, screwdriver, or similar.
6 Remove master link to open the
chain.
7 Shorten chain by removing required
number of chain links with chain
breaker
(BS 2/R-H: 8 981 010 511,
BS 2/R-V: 3 842 539 357).
8 Bring the chain ends on the tension
wheel together and close with
master link.
9 Lower the chain tensioner.
10 Rotate chain through and lubricate
with 2 to 3 g oil/m chain (e.g.
Structovis GHD, 0 842 904 229).
11 Mount the front protective housing
half.
12 Mount AS 2/...-1200 cover plates.
13 With the AS 2/...-1200, place the
gear motor (with mounted fl ange) on
the hex shaft.

5a 将链张紧器移动到上位，用销、螺
丝刀等将其固定。
卸下主链节而打开链条。

截短链条，为此要用拆链工具

BS 2/R-V: 3 842 539 357) 卸下要
求卸下的链节。
将两个链端汇合在张紧轮上，并用

主链节将它们接在一起。
将链张紧器移动到下位。

10 转过全部链条，并用大约 2 ... 3g /
每米的油量 (例如：Structovis
GHD, 0 842 904 229) 给链上油。
11 装上前面的半边罩壳。
12 装上 AS 2/...-1200 的盖板。
13 在 AS 2/...-1200 中将减速电机 (带
安装好的法兰) 套在外六角轴上。
