Kette einbauen
Montagehinweise:
Beide Ketten parallel montieren!
10 Einziehdraht einziehen.
11 Neue Kette an Einziehhilfe
hängen und bis zum Umlenkkopf
durchziehen.
12 Kettenende hochhalten, Gleitstück
in Umlenkkopf einsetzen.
13 Kette im oberen Führungsprofi l bis
zum Antriebskopf vorziehen.
14 Kette auf Antriebsrad aufl egen.
15 Kettenräder drehen, Kettenenden
am Spannrad zusammenführen und
mit Kettenschloss verschließen.
Montagetipp:
Kettenschlösser linke und rechte
Seite auf annähernd gleicher Position
(Abstand zum Kettenrad) montieren, um
das zukünftige Kürzen oder Demontieren
der Kette zu erleichtern.
16 Kettenspanner nach unten stellen.
17 Kette durchdrehen und ölen mit
2 ... 3g Öl/m Kette (z. B. Structovis
GHD, 0 842 904 229).
18 Abdeckungen montieren.
19 Schutzkastenhälfte montieren.
20 Abdeckplatten AS 2/...-1200
montieren.
21 Bei AS 2/...-1200 Getriebemotor
(mit montiertem Flansch) auf
Sechskantwelle aufstecken.

Installing the chain
Assembly notes:
Mount both chains parallel!
10 Retract retractable wire.
11 Hang new chain on retractable aid
and pull through to return head.
12 Hold end of chain up, position
sliding piece in return head.
13 Pull chain up to drive head in upper
guide profi le.
14 Lay chain on drive wheel.
15 Rotate chain wheels, bring ends of
chain together at the tension wheel
and close with master link.
Assembly tip:
Mount the master links on the left and
right side at approximately the same
position (distance from the chain wheel)
to make subsequent shortening or
disassembly of the chain easier.
16 Lower the chain tensioner.
17 Rotate chain through and lubricate
with 2...3g oil/m chain (e.g.
Structovis GHD, 0 842 904 229)
18 Mount coverings.
19 Mount protective housing half.
20 Mount AS 2/...-1200 cover plates.
21 With the AS 2/...-1200, place the
gear motor (with mounted fl ange) on
the hex shaft.

安装链条
安装说明：
平行安装两根链条！
10 拉入拉链索。
11 把新链条挂到拉链辅具上，并一直
拉到回转单元上。
12 抬高链端，把滑块放入回转单元。
13 在上导向型材中将链条向前拉至驱
动单元。
14 将链条放在驱动轮上。
15 转动链轮，直到使两个链端汇合在
张紧轮上，并用主链节将它们接在
一起。
安装小窍门：
将主链节安装在左右两侧相同的悬挂位
置 (至链轮的距离)，以方便以后的链截
短或链拆卸的工作。
16 将链张紧器移动到下位。
17 转过全部链条，并用大约 2 ... 3g /
每米的油量 (例如：Structovis
GHD, 0 842 904 229) 给链上油。
18 装上防护盖板。
19 装上半边罩壳。
20 装上 AS 2/...-1200 的盖板。
21 在 AS 2/...-1200 中将减速电机 (带
安装好的法兰) 套在外六角轴上。
