Kette einbauen
Montagehinweise:
Beide Ketten parallel montieren!
Vor dem Einziehen der Rollenkette mit
Teileschutz auf die richtige Laufrichtung
achten! ("Z", Fig. 42). Die Rollenkette mit
Teileschutz ist nicht reversierfähig!
1 Einziehhilfe im Streckenprofi l von
der Antriebseinheit AS 2/...-1200
ausgehend bis zur Umlenkeinheit
UM 2/...-170 vorschieben und
herausführen.
2 Kette an Einziehhilfe hängen und bis
zum Umlenkkopf durchziehen.
3 Bei UM 2/...-170 Ketten um
Umlenkräder legen, Umlenkstrang
parallel in Lagerschalen einsetzen.
4 Gleitstück in Umlenkkopf einsetzen.
5 Abdeckungen montieren!

Installing the chain
Assembly notes:
Mount both chains parallel!
Check for correct direction of movement
before pulling in the roller chain with
parts protection! ("Z", Fig. 42). The
roller chain with parts protection is not
reversible!
1 Push the chain retracting device
in the AS 2/...-1200 drive unit's
section profi le forward to the
UM 2/...-170 return unit and pull
out.
2 Suspend the chain on the chain
retracting device and pull through to
the return head.
3 With the UM 2/...-170, lay the
chains around the return wheels,
insert return train parallel in bearing
shells.
4 Insert the sliding piece in the return
head.
5 Mount the covers!

安装说明：
平行安装两根链条！
在拉入带零件保护的滚子链前，必须注
意正确的运行方向 ("Z",Fig. 42)。带
零件保护的滚子链不能反转运行！
将拉链辅具在输送段型材中从驱动

单元 AS 2/...-1200 开始一直推到
回转单元 UM 2/...-170，并且引导
到外面。
把链条挂到拉链辅具上，并一直拉

到回转单元上。
把链条分别绕到 UM 2/...-170 的各

回转轮上，并将回转装置平行装入
轴承壳体。
把滑块放入回转单元。

装上防护盖板！
