Kette einbauen (Forts.)
6 Ketten in oberen Führungsprofi len
bis zum AS 2/...-1200 vorziehen.
7 Kettenspanner verriegeln, dazu
den Spannhebel "x" auf der
Gehäuseinnenseite in obere
Stellung ziehen und durch
90°-Drehung einrasten.
8 Kette auf Kettenrad aufl egen,
Kettenräder mit Sechskantschlüssel
SW27 drehen, Kettenenden unter
dem Kettenspanner zu sammen
-führen und mit Kettenschloss
verschließen.
Montagetipp:
Kettenschlösser linke und rechte
Seite auf annähernd gleicher Position
(Abstand zum Kettenrad) montieren, um
das zukünftige Kürzen oder Demontieren
der Kette zu erleichtern.
9 Kettenspanner entriegeln, dazu
Spannhebel „X" um 90° drehen.
Kettenspannung prüfen.
Spannhebelposition soll im oberen
Drittel der Nut liegen.
10 Kette mit Sechskantschlüssel SW27
an Sechskantwelle durchdrehen und
ggf. im Bereich der Rückenbiegung
ölen mit 2 ... 3g Öl/m Kette (z.B.
Structovis GHD, 0 842 904 229).
11 Untere Abdeckbleche in Gehäuse
einlegen, Abdeckplatten
AS 2/...-1200 montieren.
12 Bei AS 2/...-1200 Getriebemotor
(mit montiertem Flansch) auf
Sechskantwelle aufstecken.


6 Pull the chain forward to the
AS 2/...-1200 in the upper guide
profi les.
7 Lock the chain tensioner by pulling
up the tension lever "X" on the
interior of the housing and locking it
in the upper position with a 90° turn.
8 Lay chain on chain wheel, turn
chain wheels with size 27 hex key,
bring ends of chain together under
the chain tensioner, and close with
master link.
Assembly tip:
Mount the master links on the left and
right side at approximately the same
position (distance from the chain wheel)
to make subsequent shortening or
disassembly of the chain easier.
9 Unlock the chain tensioner by
turning the tension lever "X" by
90°. Check the chain tension. The
tension lever should be positioned
in the upper third of the groove.
10 Rotate the chain using hex key
size 27 on the hex shaft and oil, if
necessary, where the chain back
bends with 2 to 3 g oil/m chain (e.g.
Structovis GHD, 0 842 904 229).
11 Insert the bottom cover sheets in
the housing and mount
AS 2/...-1200 cover plates.
12 With the AS 2/...-1200, place the
gear motor (with mounted fl ange) on
the hex shaft.

把链条放在链轮上，用外六角扳手

SW27 转动链轮，将两个链端引导
到链张紧器的下面，并用主链节接
在一起。
安装小窍门：
将主链节安装在左右两侧相同的悬挂位
置 (至链轮的距离)，以方便以后的链截
短或链拆卸的工作。
将链张紧杆"X"旋转 90° 松开链

张紧器。检查链的张紧力。
张紧杆的位置应该处在槽的上三分
之一范围内。
10 用外六角扳手 SW27 转动外
六角轴使链条全部转过，并在
需要时用大约 2 ... 3g /每米的
油量 (例如：Structovis GHD,
0 842 904 229) 在折返区给链上
油。
10 将下防护盖板放进壳体，装上
AS 2/...-1200 的盖板。
12 在 AS 2/...-1200 中将减速电机 (带
安装好的法兰) 套在外六角轴上。
