Das Auswechseln des
Übertriebszahnriemen ist grundsätzlich
in Verbindung mit einem Rollenketten-
wechsel sinnvoll!

1 Getriebemotor mit Flansch
abnehmen.
2 Seitliche Abdeckplatten
abschrauben, untere Abdeckbleche
entfernen.
3 Defekten Zahnriemen entfernen.
4 Antriebsrolle, ggf austauschen.
Von der Achse abziehen,
Anlaufscheibe zuerst, dann neue
Antriebsrolle aufstecken.
5 Neuen Zahnriemen um
Zahnriemenrad legen.
6 Sechskantwelle mit Schlüssel
SW27 langsam drehen, dabei den
neuen Zahnriemen auf das Ritzel der
Antriebsrolle legen.
7 Untere Abdeckbleche in Gehäuse
einlegen, Abdeckplatten
AS 2/...-1200 montieren.
8 Bei AS 2/...-1200 Getriebemotor
(mit montiertem Flansch) auf
Sechskantwelle aufstecken und mit
vier Sechskantschrauben M6x20
(SW10) und Sicherungsscheiben
6-FST an Abdeckplatte befestigen.

It is generally recommended to change
the connection roller toothed belt
together with the roller chains.

1 Remove the gear motor with fl ange.
2 Unscrew side cover plates and
remove lower cover sheets.
3 Remove the faulty toothed belt.
4 If necessary, change the drive roller.
Remove from the axle and fi rst
attach the contact plate, then the
new drive roller.
5 Lay new toothed belt onto the
toothed belt wheel.
6 Slowly turn the hex shaft with
size 27 hex key while laying the new
toothed belt onto the drive roller's
pinion.
7 Insert the bottom cover sheets in
the housing and mount
AS 2/...-1200 cover plates.
8 With the AS 2/...-1200, place the
gear motor (with mounted fl ange) on
the hex shaft and fasten to the cover
plate with four M6x20 hexagonal
screws (size 10) and 6-FST locking
washers.

原则上，更换传动连接齿形带与更换滚
子链一起进行最为合理！

取下带法兰的减速电机。

拆下侧盖板，拆掉下防护盖板。

取下损坏的齿形带。

从轴上拉下驱动辊，需要时进行更

换，先装上起动盘，然后再装上新
的驱动辊。
将新的齿形带绕到齿形带轮上。
5
用 SW27 扳手缓慢转动外六角轴，
6
在此过程中将新的齿形带绕到驱动
辊的小齿轮上。
将下防护盖板放进壳体，装上
7
AS 2/...-1200 的盖板。
在 AS 2/...-1200 中将减速电机 (带
8
装好的法兰) 套在外六角轴上，并
用四个外六角螺栓 M6x20 (SW10)
及其防松垫片 6-FST 在盖板上固
定。
