Flexible Zangen
Die Außenfläche der flexiblen Zange vorsichtig
mit einem desinfektionsmittelgetränkten Ein -
maltuch abwischen. Die Maulteile der Zange mit
einer Bürste reinigen.
Anschließend im Ultraschallbad reinigen.
Dann mit mikrobiologisch einwandfreiem/sterilem
Wasser abspülen.
Bei zerlegbaren Griffteilen:
Griffteil zerlegen:
• Rändelschraube am Griffteil abschrauben
und hinteres Griffteil abnehmen
• Rändelschraube am Ansatzstück lösen und
vorderes Griffteil nach hinten abziehen.
Gelenkstellen und Federn ölen.
Die Gelenke des Maulteils sind ebenfalls zu
ölen. Dabei das Instrument so halten, dass das
Öl in den Instrumentenmantel fließen kann und
auch den Zugdraht benetzt. Anschließend in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder zusammen -
bauen.
Die Sterilisation von flexiblen Zangen ist unbe-
dingt durchzuführen!
Hinweis: Verwenden Sie nur Spezialöle, deren
Schmierwirkung auch im Autoklaven erhalten
bleibt (Art.-Nr. 27656).

Flexible forceps
Carefully wipe the outer surfaces of the flexible
forceps with a disposable cloth soaked in disin-
fectant. Clean the forceps jaws with a brush.
Next, clean in an ultrasound bath.
Afterwards, rinse with microbiologically
pure/sterile water.
For handles which can be dismantled:
Dismantle handle as follows:
• Undo the thumbscrew on the handle and
remove the rear part of the handle.
• Undo the thumbscrew on the connecting
piece and remove the front part of the handle
to the rear.
Oil the joints and springs.
Also oil the joints of the jaws by holding the in -
strument so that the oil can flow into the instru-
ment channel and wet the pulling wire. Then re -
assemble in reverse order.
The sterilization of flexible forceps is compulsory!
Note: Only use special oils whose lubricating
effect remains even in autoclaves
(art. no. 27656).

Pinzas flexibles
Frote cuidadosamente las superficies exteriores
de las pinzas flexibles con un paño desechable
embebido en un producto desinfectante. Limpie
las mordazas de las pinzas con un cepillo.
A continuación limpie en baño de ultrasonidos.
Después enjuague con agua microbiológicamen-
te pura/esterilizada.
Para mangos desmontables:
Desmontar el mango:
• Desenrosque el tornillo moleteado del mango
y retire la parte posterior del mango
• Afloje el tornillo moleteado de la pieza de aco-
plamiento y retire hacia atrás la parte anterior
del mango.
Lubrique las articulaciones y los resortes.
También deben lubricarse las articulaciones de
las mordazas. Al hacerlo, sujete el instrumento de
modo que el aceite pueda fluir en el canal para
instrumentos, humedeciendo simultáneamente el
alambre de tracción. Después vuelva a montar
actuando en sentido inverso.
Debe realizarse imprescindiblemente una esterili-
zación de las pinzas flexibles.
Nota: Utilice únicamente aceites especiales cuyo
efecto lubricante se conserve también en la auto-
clave (nº de art. 27656).
