AS 2/R-300, AS 2/R-700
Vorgehensweise an beiden
Streckenseiten gleich!
Kette ausbauen:
1
Zwei Sechskantschrauben M6
(SW 10) mit Sicherungsscheiben
A6-FST am Getriebefl ansch lösen.
1a Vier Sechskantschrauben
M6x18 (SW10) der Getriebe-
motorbefestigung am Flansch
lösen.

Getriebemotor von der
Sechskantkupplung abziehen.

Schutzkastenhälfte entfernen
4
Kettenschloss am Spannrad im
Kettenspanner durch Drehen an der
Sechskantkupplung positionieren
(zu erkennen an verzinkter Lasche
und Sicherungsringen).
5
Kettenspanner mit Stift,
Schraubendreher ö.ä. festsetzen.
6
Kette öffnen, dazu Kettenschloss
entfernen.
7
Abdeckungen Antriebskopf/
Umlenkkopf abschrauben.
8
Kette in Richtung UM 2/R-60,
UM 2/R-170 schieben und nach
unten herausziehen.
9
Gleitstück aus Umlenkkopf nach
oben entfernen.

SE 2/R with
AS 2/R-300, AS 2/R-700
Procedure is the same on both sides
of conveyor!
Removing the chain:
1
Loosen the two M6 hexagonal
screws (SW10) with the A6-FST
locking washers at the gear fl ange.
1a Loosen the four M6x18 hexagonal
screws (SW10) of the gear motor
mounting at the fl ange.

Pull the gear motor away from the
hex shaft.
3
Remove the protective housing half.
4
Position master link at tension wheel
in chain tensioner by rotating the hex
shaft (recognizable by galvanised
strap and safety rings).
5
Fix chain tensioner with pin,
screwdriver, or a similar device.
6
Open chain and remove master link.
7
Unscrew coverings of drive head/
return head.
8
Push the chain in the direction
of the return unit UM 2/R-60
(UM 2/R-170) and remove from
below.
9
Take the sliding piece out of the
return head, removing upwards.

拆卸链条：
拆下减速器法兰上的两个外六角
1
螺栓 M6 (SW10) 及其防松垫片
A6-FST。
1a 拆下法兰上用于减速电机固定的四
个外六角螺栓 M6x18 (SW10)。
将减速电机从外六角联轴器上拉
2
下。
取下半边罩壳。
3
通过转动外六角联轴器使主链节定
4
位在链张紧器的张紧轮上 (识别标
志是镀锌板条和挡圈)。
用销、螺丝刀等将链张紧器固定。
5
卸下主链节而打开链条。
6
从驱动单元/回转单元上拆掉防护盖
7
板。
向回转单元 UM 2/R-60,
8
UM 2/R-170 方向推链条，并向下
拉出。
将滑块从回转单元中向上取出。
