Vorgehensweise an beiden
Streckenseiten gleich!
Kette einbauen:
1 Einziehdraht einziehen.
2 Kette an Einziehdraht hängen und
und bis zum Umlenkkopf
durchziehen.
3 Kettenende hochhalten, Gleitstück
in Umlenkkopf einsetzen.
4 Kette im oberen Führungsprofi l bis
zum Antriebskopf vorziehen.
5 Kette auf Antriebsrad aufl egen.
6 Kettenräder drehen, Kettenenden
am Spannrad zusammenführen und
mit Kettenschloss verschließen.
7 Kettenspannerfi xierung lösen.
8 Kette durchdrehen und ölen mit
2 ... 3 g Öl/m Kette (z. B. Structovis
GHD von Fa. Klüber).
9 Abdeckungen montieren.
10 Schutzkastenhälfte montieren.
11 Bei AS 2/R-300 Getriebemotor
(mit montiertem Flansch) auf
Sechskantwelle aufstecken.
11a Bei AS 2/R-700 Flansch
an Abdeckplatte befestigen
Getriebemotor auf Sechskantwelle
aufstecken und am Flansch
befestigen.


SE 2/R with
AS 2/R-300, AS 2/R-700
Procedure is the same on both sides
of conveyor!
Installing the chain:
1 Insert retractable wire.
2 Suspend the new chain on the
retractable wire and pull through to
the return head.
3 Hold up chain end and insert sliding
piece in return head.
4 Pull the chain forward to the drive
head in upper guide profi le.
5 Lay chain on drive wheel.
6 Turn chain wheels, bring ends of
chain together at the tension wheel,
and close with master link.
7 Loosen chain tensioner fi xing
device.
8 Rotate the chain and oil with
2 to 3 g oil/m chain (e.g. Structovis
GHD by Klüber).
9 Mount covers.
10 Mount protective housing half.
11 With the AS 2/R-300, place the
gear motor (with mounted fl ange) on
the hex shaft.
11a With the AS 2/R-700, fasten the
fl ange to the cover plate, then place
the gear motor on the hex shaft and
fasten at the fl ange.

安装链条：
拉入拉链索。

把新链条挂到拉链辅具上，并一直

抬高链端，把滑块放入回转单元。

将链条放在驱动轮上。

转动链轮，使两个链端汇合在张紧

轮上，并用主链节将它们接在一
起。
松开链张紧器的固定。

转过全部链条，并用大约 2 至 3 g/

每米的油量 (例如：Klüber 公司的
Structovis GHD ) 给链上油。
装好防护盖板。

10 装上半边罩壳。
11 在 AS 2/R-300 中将减速电机 (带安
装好的法兰) 套在外六角轴上。
11a 在 AS 2/R-700 中将法兰固定在盖
