Einbauort nach Vorgabe an Strecke
ST 2/R-100 kennzeichnen.

An der markierten Stelle ein Stück
400 + 1mm sorgfältig heraussägen.
Empfehlung:
Streckenprofi le ST 2/R-100 aus der
SE 2/R ausbauen.
Die Streckenprofi le müssen mit
einer Winkligkeit von 0,3 mm zur
Strecke (Fläche) und gratfrei
abgesägt werden.
Empfohlene Voraussetzungen
hierfür:
Metallkreissägeblatt,
hartmetallbestückt

dem Stoß vermitteln und mit M
25 Nm befestigen.

Procedure is the same on both sides

Mark the installation location
on ST 2/R-100 according to
specifi cations.

Carefully saw out a 400 + 1 mm
piece at the marked location.
Recommendation:
Remove section profi les ST 2/R-100
from SE 2/R.
The section profi les must be sawn
to an angle of max. 0.3 mm to the
section (surface) and be free of
burrs.
Recommended conditions:
Circular saw blade, carbide tipped

Assemble maintenance section
ST 2/R-W on section profi le
ST 2/R-100 and install into section
SE 2/R.

Center each profi le connector
10/40 over the joint and fasten with

= 25 Nm.
