Disengaging the Mover smart M
Figure 9
– Attach the engagement lever to the toggle crank
(Figure 9 - 1).
– Turn the engagement lever in the direction of the arrow
(away from the vehicle wheel) (Figure 9 - 2) until the driver
roller engages securely in the end position. The position in-
dicator in the housing is now at "X" (Figure 10 - 1).
Figure 10
– Removing the engagement lever.
Switching off the remote control (emergency
stop)
When you switch off the remote control, this immediate-
ly stops all current processes (e.g. engaging and ma-
noeuvring). When it is switched on again, these functions can
be continued.
The remote control switches off after about 3 minutes if
no actions are performed.
– Press the button (Figure 2 - 4) on the remote control. The
LEDs go out.

Disconnecting the power supply.

Each time you are finished using the Mover, interrupt the
power supply of the Mover on the battery cut-out switch and
remove the key.
Keep the key of the battery cut-out switch in a safe place
away from children.

Replacing remote control batteries

Use only leak-proof 9 V batteries (MN 1604).
The red LEDs on the remote control flash when the bat-
tery is too weak.
– Slide open the battery compartment.
Figure 11
– Replace the battery (make sure that the correct poles are
connected) and close the battery compartment again.
Empty, used batteries can leak and damage the remote
control! Remove the batteries if the remote control is not
being used for a long period of time.
No warranty is given for damage caused by leaking
batteries.

Disposing of remote control and batteries

Neither the remote control nor the batteries may be
disposed of with domestic waste; instead they must be
taken to a collection point for recycling. By doing this
you are contributing towards reuse and recycling.

Maintenance

Before cleaning the Mover, interrupt the power supply
via the battery cut-off switch.
Keep drive elements clear of coarse dirt. When cleaning the
caravan, clean the Mover with a damp cloth to remove mud
etc. Make sure that no stones, twigs etc. are trapped in it.
Clean the drive rollers with a hard brush.
The control unit does not require servicing. The remote control
must be kept in a dry place.
Clean the Mover as described above every year (or before pre-
paring for winter).
Do not park the caravan with the drive rollers engaged.
If the caravan will not be used for some time, disconnect the
battery and recharge it from time to time (see "Battery care").
Charge the caravan battery before starting up.
It is extremely easy for you or your caravan dealer to perform
checking and maintenance of your Mover during the annual
inspection of your caravan. If in doubt, please contact Truma
Service (www.truma.com).
