TARGET PULSE
In standby mode, press the „MODE" button and then the „SET" button to select the „TARGET PULSE"
function.
PULSE flashes. Press the "MODE" button again to set the target pulse.
Pressing the mode button again starts the training
TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE, SPM, TOTAL STROKES and STROKES start counting
according to the settings
CALORIES, PULSE, SPM, TOTAL STROKES and STROKES are displayed alternately every
5 seconds.
