MANUAL
Press the MODE KEY in standby mode, MANUAL flashes.
Then press the MODE KEY again to start the MANUAL function.
The buzzer beeps for 1 minute.
The display shows MANUAL, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE, SPM, TOTAL STROKES and
the console starts to count the moves.
CALORIES, PULSE, SPM, TOTAL STROKES and STROKES are displayed alternately every
5 seconds.
If the MODE button is pressed during training, TIME and DISTANCE show the current training value.
CALORIES, PULSE, TOTAL STROKES and STROKES are displayed alternately. PULSE shows the
heart rate.

In standby mode, press the MODE button and SET to switch to the INTERVALL function.
Press MODE. 10/20 flashes. You can confirm your entry by pressing MODE again.
"READY" flashes. Countdown counts down from 3 to 0.
CALORIES, PULSE, SPM, TOTAL STROKES and STROKES are displayed alternately every 5 se-
conds.
