TARGET CALORIES
In standby mode, press the „MODE" button and then the „SET" button to select the „TARGET
CALORIES" function.
CALORIES flashes. Press the "MODE" button again to set the target calories.
Pressing the mode button again starts training and the target calories are counted down.
STOP flashes at the end of the training session. Values for CALORIES, PULSE, TOTAL STROKES
and STROKES are displayed alternately every 5 seconds.
TARGET STROKES

„TARGET STROKES" function.
STROKES flashes. Press the "MODE" button again to set the destinations.
By pressing the mode button again, the training begins and the moves are counted down.
STOP flashes at the end of the training session. Values for CALORIES, PULSE, TOTAL STROKES
and STROKES are displayed alternately every 5 seconds.
