Target heart rate

Enter your age and your target time.
You can set the target heart rate between 55%; 75%; Select 90% and TAG.
The resistance is adjusted to the target value of the heart rate.
If the heart rate value does not exceed the set value, increase the value step by step. If the heart rate
value exceeds the set value, decrease the value immediately. If the exceeded heart rate continues for
30 seconds, the console stops automatically to ensure your safety.
After the end of the training, your values are displayed as a summary.
