Druckluftanschlüsse ohne untere
Endlagendämpfung:
- Schlauchleitung 6x1 in Steckfi x
des Drosselrückschlagventiles
„A" und „B" am Pneumatikzylinder
(Fig. 14) einstecken und mit den
entsprechenden Wegeventilen
verbinden.
Druckluftanschlüsse mit Bausatz für
untere Endlagendämpfung:
- Schlauchleitung 6x1 in Steckfi x
des Drosselrückschlagventiles „A"
am Pneumatikzylinder (Fig. 15)
einstecken.
- Schlauchleitung 6x1 in Steckfi x der
Winkelschwenkverschraubung „C"
des Ventil GG0-1/4-3/8 (Fig. 15)
einstecken.
Beide Schlauchleitungen mit den
entsprechenden Wegeventilen
verbinden.
- Schlauchleitung 6x1 in Steckfi x
der Winkelschwenkverschraubung
„D" am Pneumatikzylinder (Fig. 15)
einstecken und über Steckfi x der
Winkelschwenkverschraubung „E"
mit Ventil GG0-1/4-3/8 verbinden.
Hinweis:
Drosselventile je nach Einbauort der
HP 2 am Zylinder oder fl iegend montiert!


Connections for compressed
air without lower end-position
cushioning:
- Insert 6x1 fl exible tube in Steckfi x
of the throttle non-return valve "A"
and "B" on the pneumatic cylinder
(Fig. 14) and connect to appropriate
directional control valves.
Connections for compressed air with
kit for lower end-position cushioning:
- Insert 6x1 fl exible tube in Steckfi x of
the throttle non-return valve "A" on
pneumatic cylinder (Fig. 15).
- Insert 6x1 fl exible tube in Steckfi x of
the single swivel banjo fi tting "C" of
the GG0-1/4-3/8 valve (Fig. 15).
Connect both fl exible tubes to
the appropriate directional control
valves.
- Insert 6x1 fl exible tube in Steckfi x
of the single swivel banjo fi tting "D"
on pneumatic cylinder (Fig. 15) and
connect to GG0-1/4-3/8 valve via
Steckfi x of the single swivel banjo
fi tting "E".
Note:
Depending on the HP 2 installation
location, the throttle valves should be
installed on the cylinder or fl oating!
