Cleaning the filters in the dust container

Clean the filters in the dust container from time to time or when they are visibly soiled.
5. After cleaning, assemble the two filter again. Align them so that the ALIGn marks on the
filters are facing one another.
6. Install the filters in the dust container again and close the housing by turning in clockwise
direction.

Cleaning or replacing the exhaust air filter

4. Place the exhaust air filter back into the vacuum cleaner housing.
5. First engage the protective grille in the recesses at the bottom, then fold it upwards with the
button depressed until it engages.

1. Press the release button and pull the container up and out at the
same time.
2. Hold the dust container over an open dustbin.
3. Press the button to empty the dust container. The bottom of the
dust container opens and the dirt falls out.
4. Close the bottom of the dust container again. It must engage audibly.
5. Place the dust container back into the vacuum cleaner. The arrow
alongside the release button faces towards the arrow on the vacuum
cleaner housing. Press down the dust container until it engages
audibly.
1. Turn the filter housing in anti-clockwise direction and remove the
filters. Pull off the outer filter.
2. Tap the filters to clean over an open dustbin.
3. Clean the inner HEPA filter, if necessary, using a soft brush.
4. Wash out the filter with lukewarm water and allow it to dry
completely.
cAutIOn: Never install the filter as long as it is still damp.
The exhaust air filter is located on the rear of the vacuum cleaner behind
a protective grille. It filters the air as it leaves the vacuum cleaner and
before it is returned to the ambient air. Clean the exhaust air filter from
time to time.
1. Press down the button in the middle of the protective grille and
remove the grille.
2. Take out the exhaust air filter.
3. Shake the exhaust air filter thoroughly.
