4. Installation

The infrared control unit can either be surface-mounted or recess mounted.

4.1. Preparing for surface mounting

To mount the control unit on a surface, you need to make cable bushings in the
cabin wall. Refer to the following figure for the positions.

wards through the cable shaft 7, the
sensor cable must be fitted with ad-
ditional protective insulation.
