Keeping the push-button depressed increases the alarm depth. The
alteration speed of the alarm depth changes after 3 seconds.
The alteration direction can be changed by briefly pressing the push-
button. A reversed arrow indicates this.
The adjustment range of the alarm depth varies from 0.1m (0,4ft) to
18.2m (60ft). The alarm depth returns to 0.1 m (0.4 ft) after reaching
18.2m (60ft).
If the push-button is not pressed for approx. 5 seconds, the set alarm
depth is recorded and the display changes back to depth indication.
If the set alarm depth is fallen short of, an acoustic alarm resounds and
the depth indication in the display flashes inversely. The acoustic alarm
is switched off by pressing the push-button. The display continues to
flash until the set alarm depth is again exceeded. The acoustic alarm
resounds in a 3-minute rhythm, if a function other than the depth
function is shown in the display.
