Holding the button depressed continuously increases the calibration
factor. The alteration speed of the calibration factor increases after
3 seconds.
The alteration direction can be changed by briefly pressing the push-
button. This is indicated via a reversed arrow.
The adjustment range of the calibration factor varies from 0.1 to 10.0.
The calibration factor returns to 0.1 after reaching 10.0.
If the push-button is not pressed for approx. 5 seconds, the set
calibration factor is recorded and the subsequent display automatically
appears.
If the measured journey takes place in a body of flowing water, the
described steps for distance measurement in the opposite direction
(measured section C-D) must be repeated.
