Ventilog 2 zusammenbauen
Den Faltenbalg zusammenschie-
ben und mit einer Drehbewegung
gleichmäßig und bis zum An-
schlag auf die Tülle des Patien-
tensystems schieben.
Ein schief aufgeschobener Falten-
balg bewegt sich ungleichmäßig
in der Druckkammer, wird u.U.
nicht vollständig entleert und ge-
füllt.
1 Faltenbalg in die Druckkammer
hängen und Patientensystem auf
die Druckkammer stellen. Die bei-
den Führungsbolzen auf der
Druckkammer greifen in entspre-
chende Bohrungen des Patienten-
systems.
2 Griff nach unten legen.
Druckkammer mit Patientensy-
stem in das Gehäuse schieben –
bis zum Einrasten.
Die Abgastülle des Ventilog 2 in
der gestrichelten Position einset-
zen und in die senkrechte Position
schwenken = verriegeln.
Ventilog 2 an das Kreissystem 9
anschließen, siehe Seite 9.

Compress bellows and using a
twisting motion push evenly onto
the connector on the patient
system as far as it will go.
Bellows which have not been
pushed in completely may move
unevenly in the pressure
chamber, and may, therefore, not
be emptied and filled properly.
1 Hang bellows in the pressure
chamber and place patient system

on the pressure chamber. The
two guide bolts on the pressure
chamber fit into the appropriate
holes on the patient system.
2 Lie handle down.

Push pressure chamber
containing patient system into the
housing – as far as it will go.
Move the gas scavenging
connector on Ventilog 2 to the
dotted position and then swivel
into the vertical position = to lock.
Connect Ventilog 2 to Circle
System 9, see page 9.
