Installation

Unpacking the printer

Place the shipping carton containing the printer on a table near the place where you
want to install the printer. Make sure that the TOP indication or symbols point up-
wards.
Before installing the printer and the cut device, check that all the items are con-
tained in the package. Should any components be missing or damaged, contact
your dealer.

Open the package and pull the printer out of the carton towards you. Get assistance
for removing, if necessary. Place the printer in the correct place and remove the
rest of the packaging.
Unpack the cut device.
Inspect the printer and the cut device for any visible transport damage.
If you should find any transport damage or if any accessory is missing, contact
your dealer.
