Remedy
1. Check the mains connection.
If the error message persists, contact customer
service.
Caution: Repeated fuse damage is an indication of a
malfunction.
If the error message persists, contact customer
service.
Check and correct calibration and settings.
If the error message persists, contact customer
service.
Wait for end of measurement before raising wheel
guard.
1. Check that wheel is stationary on starting and stop
it turning backwards on starting.
If the error message persists, contact customer
service.
1. Check mains voltage (probably too low).
2. Check electrical connection or power cord.
If the error message persists, contact customer
service.
1. Repeat calibration from the start and attach bal-
ance weight as specified by the process.
If the error message persists, contact customer
service.
1. Lower wheel guard with wheel attached.
If the error message persists, contact customer
service.
1. Check for correct attachment of calibration weight.
2. Check machine connection; MT 857 L probably
not stable and vibrating excessively.
If the error message persists, contact customer
service.

1. Check whether the wheel is correctly attached to
the flange.
2. Determine the outer weight position (neverthe-
less), attach a 60 g weight and start a different
measurement.
Enter wheel data before performing measurement.
Inform customer service.
1. Do not press pedal whilst motor is in operation.
2. Make sure the MT 857 L is not subjected to any
impact during measurement.
3. Check mains voltage (probably too low).
