Adjust the rollers on the drive site as
Novoport:
per illustration
Adjusting the height of the upper roller:
( 19b ) Manual and NovoPort operation: The centre of the
roller must dip approx. 5 mm into the moulded end
piece. (Guideline: Lower edge of upper roller holder
must be flush with mark on upper roller block)
( 19c ) Ceiling pull operation: Roller must lie in the upper
corner of the moulded end piece
( 20 ) Adjusting the torsion spring
( 20a ) Turn the torsion spring by hand to tension the cable
on the drum and make sure it is positioned correctly.
Tighten coupling screws S11
springs for left and right use may differ in terms of
length and wire diameter.
(19b) Tension the torsion spring:
Wear suitable personal protective equipment when
tensioning/releasing springs. The number of required
revolutions is indicated on the boilerplate.
Tension torsion spring 35
92 in the direction of the arrow. Springs are always
tensioned from the bottom up
the spring clamping screws S11 firmly. Use the same
procedure to tension torsion spring 35
Both springs must be tensioned with the same
number of revolutions. See diagram for how to
determine number of revolutions on tensioned
springs

Check door leaf with spirit level; if not exactly
horizontal, loosen coupling 38 and adjust the
torsion springs until alignment is perfect
Then firmly tighten coupling 38 again using S11.

instructions to assure the functional reliability, durability and
smooth operation of the sectional garage door. If the sectional
garage door still does not function properly, please check the
following points:
( 22 ) Are the side angular frames, frame panel and horizontal
tracks exactly aligned horizontally, vertically and diagonally,
and securely fastened?
( 23 ) Are all screw connections tight?
( 24 ) Have the vertical ceiling mounts for the pairs of horizontal
tracks been installed?
( 25 ) Have the transitions between the vertical tracks in the
angular frame and the 89° arc been adjusted?
( 26 ) Is the tension of the torsion springs the same on both
sides? Check the spring tension: Open the door halfway.
The door must hold in this position without help.
( 26a )
( 26b ) If the door moves up noticeably, reduce the torsion
