When using Heraeus
Medical bone cements
it is important to firstly

pour in the monomer
liquid and then the
bone cement powder.
To do so, position the
cartridge in the tray
s tation "1".
Place the lid on the
cartridge and screw on
tightly until it stops, so
that the ribs on the lid
and the bars on the car-
tridge are aligned one
above the other.

2. Connect the vacuum
hose to the cartridge
and PALAMIX
pump.

DUO: Set the funnel
aside in the sterile area.
After closing the
c artridge and prior to
mixing, activate the
PALAMIX vacuum
®
pump for 10 seconds
with the footswitch.
