fashion to tighten torsion spring 35
Both springs must be tightened with the same
number of turns. The number of tensioning turns
can be determined on the tightened spring in
according with the diagram
Use a spirit level to check the door leaf. If it is not
exactly horizontal, loosen coupling 38 and turn
torsion springs until exactly level
re-screw coupling 38 securely S11.
Caution: After tightening spring, pull spring pin
97 with lug to unlock the spring fracture safety
device

Important:
When the door is closed, there must be at least 2
windings left on the cable drum.

(21a) Close the door from the inside and fix it with screw
clamps. Hold the staple plates 93
or left of locking bolt 79 and bolt through the two
corresponding rectangular holes (rear row of holes)
of the angular frame 1
with S6 + fastening plate 82
(22b) Check locking. Open and close the garage door
several times. When closing, locking bolt 79 must
always engage completely with staple plate 93

hand pull 96 to bottom section using S10. Guide
hand pull 96 through the appropriate hole in cable
holder 91, secure with a knot and hang onto
connecting plate 18
(21e) Open the door manually and mark the end position of
the uppermost roller 90 / 105

Inspection instructions
All parts must be assembled as described in the installation
instructions to assure the functional reliability, durability and
smooth operation of the sectional garage door. If the sectional
door still does not function properly, please check the following
points:
(22)
Are the side angular frames, frame panel and horizontal
track pairs exactly aligned horizontally, vertically and
diagonally, and securely fastened?
(23)
Are all screw connections tight?
Have the vertical ceiling mounts for the horizontal track pairs
(24)
been installed?
[1.30]
(25)
Have the transitions between the vertical tracks in the
angular frame and the 89° arc been adjusted?
Keep these installation, operating, and maintenance instructions in a safe place during the entire service life of the garage door!

Is the tension of the torsion springs the same on both sides?
Check the spring tension: Open the door halfway. The door
must hold in this position without help.
(26a) If the door sinks noticeably, increase the torsion
spring tension.
(26b) If the door moves up noticeably, reduce the torsion
spring tension. Has the sectional garage door leaf
been tensioned with the coupling and torsion spring
exactly as specified, and has the tension of the
second
accordingly?
Is the wound cable seated exactly in the drum guides? Are
(27)
there at least 2 turns of cable on the drum for safety reasons?
(28)
Are the centre bearings aligned exactly to ensure smooth
shaft movement?
(29)
Roller: Can all rollers be easily turned by hand when the
door is closed?
(30)
Has the top roller been correctly adjusted?
(31)
When the door is open, do all roller axes extend by the
same distance out of their holders?
(32)
Doors with operators: Has the locking mechanism been
dismantled?
