Use of electronic functions

Before using the electronic functions, make sure that the master
switch installed above (see "Electrical Safety" chapter) is on. When
the shower enclosure is powered, the LED (4) on the display is on.

STEAM BATH

It is possible to use essential oils by pouring them directly into the
steam outlet under the seat: to pull it out, use your thumb and fore-
finger, press the two wing nuts inwards and pull at the same time.
I Press the button "I/O" (1): the LED begins to flash.
I After about 2 minutes (the LED begins to flash more slowly)
the water begins to heat up; after a very short time, steam begins
to come out of the nozzle under the seat.
N.B. Condensate might come out of the nozzle; however, this
will stop once the temperature is stable.
I This function ends after 40 minutes, but it can be switched off
at any moment by pressing the button "I/O".
I The recommended length of the steam bath is about 20 min-
utes, even if the total time set by the manufacturer is 40 minutes.
The user can choose to enter the shower enclosure when steam
production begins, or after a certain time, when the temperature
and the amount of steam inside the shower enclosure are in-
creased.
When the steam bath has ended, do not turn off the master
switch for at least 2 minutes, as this will prevent the wash-
ing and emptying of the boiler.

WARNING!
Steam is comes out at a temperature of
about 100°C. Keep your legs away from the steam
outlet during the steam bath, or at least 40 cm away
from the nozzles.

SCALE-REMOVAL CYCLE

To troubleshoot problems caused by scale formation, the show-
er enclosure is equipped with a function, which, thanks to the
cleaning action of a specific product, leaves the boiler free from
any scale deposits.
To guarantee that the boiler is completely cleaned, it is es-
sential to run a scale-removal cycle about once every 20
"steam bath" cycles.
The cycle lasts about 10 hours: during this time, it is possible to
use the "alarm" function but not the steam bath, however, the "wa-
ter jet functions" are still available.
I Prepare the scale removal mixture as indicated.
I Making sure that the shower enclosure is powered, press down
button (3) for about 3 seconds: the LED begins to flash, indicat-
ing the start of the cleaning cycle.
I Open the compartment on the side of the fixture panel and
pour the liquid into the opening.
I At the end of the cycle, the liquid is drained away and the boil-
er is cleaned.
I At this point, the scale-removal cycle has ended: when the LED
on the display stops flashing and its light stays on, the steam bath
can also be used.
N.B. Do not turn off the master switch until the scale-removal
cycle has ended.
