Input of a 2. Fusion Number, Z46

This function allows the input of a second fusion number for every fusion.
The second fusion number consists of 4 numerical positions and one position
(space, A-Z) separated by a minus sign -> e.g.: 1005-B.
Before every fusion, the task is called up and if the task changes, the second
fusion no. is set to 0001.

When the Z46 function is activated, the second fusion number is set to 0001- .
The number is automatically increased by 1 by the next fusion and is displayed
as a suggestion. The index (A-Z) is automatically set as space. After the fusion
number has reached 9999, the value for the next fusion goes back to 0001-.
If a new task number is put in when inquiring about the task number, the
second fusion number is set to 0001-.
The second fusion number is displayed after the first fusion number. The
second number is separated from the normal fusion number by a '/' symbol.
The second fusion number does not appear on the protocol when printing
directly from the unit.
Under configuration, the operator has the possibility to activate or deactivate
the Z46 function with a configuration barcode. If the Z46 function is activated,
'46' will appear in the configuration menu.
4.11 Maintenance Z6, Z60
The barcodes Z6 «Maintenance Required» and Z60 «Maintenance Voluntary»
configurate the unit whether it should remind the operator to perform a check-
up after a certain period of time.
If this reminder is switched off, the operator of the unit is responsible for
remembering to perform regular check-ups.
When the tolerance time for a check-up is exceeded, operation of the unit is
blocked.
4.12

Fusion Preparation Z0 ON/OFF

A series of questions to assist in fusion preparation appears when the function
«Confirm Scraped/Cleaned» Z0 is ON. When Z0 is OFF, this function is
deactivated. These details are stored in the fusion record memory.
