7.5 WHEELS WITH 3-PIECE SPLIT RING
7.5.1_Bead breaking and tyre removing with
DOUBLE TOOL.
1) Clamp the wheel on the spindle as described previously and make
sure it has been deflated.
2) Lower the tool carrier arm to its working position until it is locked
in position by the relevant hook.
3) Position the bead breaking disk close to the rim (Fig. 40).
4) Turn the spindle and at the same time move the disk forward a bit at
a time following the contour of the rim until the first bead is completely
off (REMARKS: lubricate while doing this).
CAUTION! If the tyre has an inner tube, work very carefully and be
prepared to stop the disk immediately once the bead has been broken
so as not to damage the valve and the inner tube.
5) Repeat this procedure but this time bring the disk against the
split-ring (Fig. 41) until the lock ring is released. Remove this with
the special lever (22) or with the help of the disk.
Remove the split-ring.
6) Move the tool carrier arm (17) away from the edge of the rim.
Release the hook and tip the arm to its non-working position.
Move the tool carrier arm to the inside plane of the wheel.
7) Lower the arm to its working position.
8) Turn the spindle and at the same time bring the bead breaking
disk up against the tyre following the contour of the split-ring until the
second bead has been broken (NOTE: Lubricate during this process).
Go on pressing the tyre and let the disk move forward until half tyre
has been detached from rim (Fig. 42).
9) Move the tool carrier arm to its non-working position.
10) Move the platform (10) directly under the wheel.
11) Lower the spindle until the wheel is resting on the platform.
12) Move the platform outwards until the tyre is completely detached
from rim. Watch out for the valve!

7.5.1_Отжим борта и демонтаж шины посредством
монтажно-демонтажного инструмента
1) Закрепите колесо на зажимном фланце, как это было описано
ранее. Убедитесь, что из шины выпущен воздух.
2) Опустите консоль монтажно-демонтажного инструмента в рабочее
положение и зафиксируйте ее с помощью специальной ручки.
3) Установите диск отжима борта рядом с разрезным кольцом (см.
Рис. 40).
4) Вращайте зажимной фланец и одновременно короткими
движениями продвигайте вперед диск отжима борта шины, следуя
как можно точнее контуру разрезного кольца. Продолжайте до
тех пор, пока первый борт шины не будет полностью отделен.
(ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Во время проведения этой операции смазывайте
борт шины).
ВНИМАНИЕ: Если в шине установлена камера, необходимо работать
с предельной осторожностью. Необходимо прекратить продвижение
вперед диска отжима борта сразу же после отделения борта шины
во избежание повреждения вентиля и камеры.
5) Повторите эту операцию. Теперь перемещайте диск по
направлению к разрезному кольцу (см. Рис. 41), которое далее
необходимо извлечь с помощью специального рычага (22) или с
помощью диска отжима борта шины.
Снимите разрезное кольцо.
6) Отведите консоль монтажно-демонтажного инструмента (17) от
края диска. Откройте защелку и переместите рычаг в нерабочее
положение.
Переместите консоль монтажно-демонтажного инструмента на
внутреннюю сторону колеса.
7) Опустите консоль монтажно-демонтажного инструмента в рабочее
положение.
8) Вращайте зажимной фланец и одновременно короткими
движениями продвигайте вперед диск отжима борта шины, следуя
как можно точнее контуру разрезного кольца. Продолжайте до тех
пор, пока второй борт шины не будет полностью отделен.
(ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Во время проведения данной операции смазывайте
борт шины). Продолжайте нажимать на шину, продвигая диск отжима
борта вперед до тех пор, пока приблизительно половина шины не
будет демонтирована с обода (см. Рис 42).
9) Переместите консоль монтажно-демонтажного инструмента в
нерабочее положение.
10) Разместите платформу (10) под колесом.
11) Опускайте зажимной фланец до тех пор, пока колесо не встанет
на платформу.
12) Перемещайте платформу в наружном направлении до тех пор,
пока шина полностью не сойдет с обода. Следите за вентилем!

7.5.1_Wulstabdrücken und Demontage mit
DOPPELWERKzEUG
1) Das Rad wie vorstehend beschrieben auf dem Spannfutter aufspannen.
Sicherstellen, daß die Luft aus dem Rad abgelassen ist.
2) Den Werkzeugtragarm in Arbeitsstellung senken, bis er in den Spann-
kegel eingerastet ist.
3) Die Abdrückscheibe auf die Felgenkanten bringen (vgl. Abb. 40).
4) Das Spannfutter drehen und gleichzeitig die Abdrückscheibe den
Felgenprofil entlang vorrücken, bis wann erster Wulst ganz abgetrennt
ist (Anm.: Während des Vorgangs schmieren!).
ACHTUNG: Bei Schlauchreifen ist der Vorgang sehr vorsichtig vorzuneh-
men, um den Vorschub der Abdrückscheibe sofort zu unterbrechen, wenn
der Wulst abgelöst ist, damit Ventil und Schlauch nicht beschädigt werden.
5) Den Vorgang wiederholen, aber die Abdrückscheibe gegen den Spal-
tring (vgl. Abb. 41) bewegen, bis wann der Sperring freigegeben wird.
Dann dieser mit Hebel (22) oder der Abdrückscheibe herausziehen und
Spaltring entfernen.
6) Den Werkzeugtragarm vom Felgenrand entfernen. Den Sperrkegel
ausrasten und den Arm in Raststellung hochklappen. Den Werkzeugtra-
garm nach Radinnenseite verlegen.
7) Den Arm in die Arbeitsstellung senken.
8) Das Spannfutter verdrehen und gleichzeitig die Abdrückscheibe den
Felgenprofil entlang vorrücken, bis wann zweiter Wulst ganz abgetrennt
ist (Anm.: zwischendurch schmieren).
Weiter auf den Reifen drücken, indem man die Abdrückscheibe vorlaufen
läßt, bis etwa die Hälfte des Wulstes aus der Felge gelöst ist (Abb. 42).
9) Den Werkzeugtragarm in Raststellung hochklappen.
10) Die Schiebebühne (10) unter das Rad verlegen.
11) Das Spannfutter senken, bis wann der Reifen auf der Schiebebühne
steht.
12) Die Schiebebühne nach außen verlegen, bis wann sich der Reifen
aus der Felge ganz löst.
