Electrical connection

Do not use any extension cables or distributors.
The socket to which the appliance is connected
must be easily accessible. Connect the appliance
to 220 240 V/50 Hz alternating current via a correctly
installed earthed socket. The socket must be fused with
a 10 A fuse or higher.
If the appliance is to be operated in a non European
country, check on the rating plate whether the
indicated voltage and current type correspond
to the values of your mains supply. The rating
plate is situated in the bottom left hand side
of the appliance. The power cord may be replaced
by an electrician only.
Warning
!
Never connect the appliance to electronic energy
saver plugs or to power inverters which convert
the direct current to 230 V alternating current
(e.g. solar equipment, power supplies on ships).

Factory settings

Upon leaving the factory, the appliance has been
supplied with the following settings:
- Fascia language:
- Temperature unit:
- Refrigeration zone temperature: +11 °C
Note
The factory settings (language, temperature unit)
can be changed in the setup mode.

Switching on the appliance

Press the On/Off button

The appliance starts to cool down when switched on
for the first time. When the door is opened, the interior
light comes on.
Note
The preset temperatures (factory settings) are reached
after approx. 2-8 hours. Do not put any food in the
appliance beforehand.
