PULIZIA
Per la pulizia interna ed esterna inclusa la guarnizione porta si può usare una soluzione di
bicarbonato di soda in acqua tiepida (1 cucchiaio in due litri di acqua).
Non usare mai abrasivi e detersivi di alcun genere.
ASSISTENZA TECNICA
Se il congelatore non funziona bene o addirittura non funziona affatto prima di chiedere
I'intervento di un tecnico nel Vostro interesse, vogliate con elementari controlli accertarvi che:
- la spina sia ben inserita nella presa di corrente;
- ci sia tensione nella linea;
- il termostato sia nella posizione consigliata di funzionamento;
- la chiusura della porta sia perfetta;
- la tensione di linea di alimentazione corrisponda a quella dell'apparecchio (tolleranza + - 6%);
- l'interruttore E sia inserito (pos. I).
Alcuni inconvenienti
La lampada spia verde non si illumina dopo aver inserito I'apparecchio alla presa di
corrente. Verificare se il gruppo refrigerante funziona inserendo I'interruttore di congela-
mento rapido. In caso positivo occorre sostituire la pulsantiera.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR FREEZER
To clean your freezer, both inside and out, and the lining of the door, use either a
solution of bicarbonate of soda in warm water (1 spoon in 2 litres of water).
Never use abrasive cleaning products of any kind.
SERVICING AND REPAIRS
If your freezer is not working well, or not at all, before calling us, we advise you check:
- it is piugged in properly;
- thevoltage;
- the thermostat is in the position we recommend;
- the door cioses properly;
- that the freezer voltage corresponds to yours at home (+- 6% tolerance);
- the switch E is on.
Problems that may arise
The green light does not come on after the freezer has been piugged in. Check that the
refrigerating system is working by turning on the fast-freezer. If this is functioning all you

- ripetute ed eccessive aperture della porta
- introduzione di grande quantità di alimenti
- compressore difettoso
- termostato difettoso (inserire l'interruttore di congelamento rapido e chiamare il Servizio
Assistenza)
- una temperatura ambiente troppo bassa (inferiore a + 15°C); in tal caso può essere utile
sistemare I'indice della manopola del termostato verso le posizioni più alte (4) per con-
sentire al compressore di funzionare con tempi adeguati.
Astenersi dall'effettuare altri interventi soprattutto per quanto riguarda le parti elettri-
che dell'apparecchio.
Se dopo aver eseguito questi controlli il congelatore non funzionasse come dovrebbe,
rivolgerVi ai Centri Assistenza, specificando la natura del difetto, il tipo e la matricola
dell'apparecchio indicati sulla targhetta segnaletica posta all'interno del congelatore sulla
fiancata adiacente al cestello inferiore.

The red warning light remains on. The cause might be:
- the freezer door is opened frequently
- a large quantity of food has been placed inside
- a faulty compressor
- something is wrong with the thermostat (in this case, switch on the fast-freezer and call
our servicing department)
- to low room temperature (below +1 5°C) - in this case position the thermostat on the
highest number (4) to allow the compressor to work more efficiently.
Do not perform further repaBrs on your freezer, particulary when dealing with the
electrical system.
If you are unable to sort out the problem yourself, call our Servicing department specifying
the nature of the fault, the type and registration number of the appliance indicated on
the inside of the freezer on the side nest to the lower basket.
