La durata della catena di trasmissio-
ne dipende da una lubrificazione e
regolazione appropriate. Nel caso in cui
non si effettuano le sopraindicate ope-
razioni, possono generarsi consumi e
danni al pignone e alla corona dentata,
pregiudicando sensibilmente le presta-
zioni del veicolo. Il controllo si deve
effettuare frequentemente, regolandola
almeno ogni 1.000 Km.
Controllo
Il controllo deve essere effettuato
con il veicolo scarico, in posizione verti-
cale, e dovrà ripetersi nelle diverse
posizioni della ruota per controllare che
la corona non presenti eccessive
eccentricità.
Se la catena si allenta o si blocca,
significa che alcuni anelli sono danneg-
giati o grippati.
Controllare frequentemente lo stato
degli anelli, rulli e denti della corona. In
caso di consumo eccessivo o deforma-
zione,si sostituisca il gruppo catena -
pignone - corona.

damage the pinion, the ring gear, and
damaging the features of the vehicle.
The control must be done frequently,
and the adjustment at least every 1,000
km.
Check
The test must be done with the vehi-
cle unloaded, in vertical position, and it
must be repeated in different wheel
positions to check that the drive pinion
is not offset excessively .
If the drive chain is loose or locked, it
means that some links are damaged or
seized.
Check the links conditions frequently,
also the pinion rollers and teeth. In case
that is excessively worn or deformed,
replace the drive pinion assembly.

Die Lebensdauer der Antriebskette ist
abhängig von einer sachgerechten
Schmierung und Spannung. Falls Sie die
Kette nicht schmieren oder spannen,
können Schäden im Ritzel oder im
Zahnkranz auftreten, die Leistung der
Fahrzeugs wird dadurch verringert. Die
Antriebskette sollte regelmäßig überprüft
werden und mindestens alle 1'000 km
nachgestellt werden.
Kontrolle
Für die Kontrolle muss das Fahrzeug
entladen und senkrecht ausgerichtet
werden. Die Kontrolle sollte mit den
verschiedenen Radstellungen wiederholt
werden, so dass überprüft werden kann,
dass das Zahnrad keinen Schlag hat.
Wenn die Kette nachlässt oder
blockiert, dann bedeutet das, dass einige
Kettenglieder beschädigt oder verklemmt
sind.
Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die
Kettenglieder, die Räder und Zähne des
Zahnrades. Im Falle von übermäßigem
Verschleiß ersetzen Sie das Aggregat
Kette - Ritzel - Zahnrad.
