The choice of the Feed unit speed is
closely related to the speed of the tool
and the thickness of the material to be
removed.
The working accuracy is also depend-
ent on a correct speed adjustment.

It is possible to choose one of 8 differ-
ent speeds by making the following
adjustments:
1) Altering the revolutions of the electric
motor controlled by switch (1 or 2).
2) Changing gear by means of gear

change handle C.
3) Inverting transmission gears A and
B.
To invert transmission gears A and B
proceed as follows:
1) Disconnect the Feed unit from the
mains by removing its plug from the
electric socket.
2) Open the side door, unscrew the
fastening nuts and carry out the in-
version.
3) Tighten the nuts of the two gears
and close the side door again.
