Service Information – EIA
Service orders are dealt with by two centres: European Radio Support Centre (ERSC) and European Systems and
Components Centre (ESCC). This section contains contact details to service centers in Europe, Middle East, and
Africa.
European Radio Support Centre (ERSC)
ERSC provides a remote Technical Support Service to help customers resolve technical issues and quickly restore
their systems. The centre handles service orders for subscribers and accessories. This team of highly skilled
professionals is available to the customers that have current ERSC service agreements in place. For further
information and to verify whether your current service agreement entitles you to benefit from this service, contact
your local customer support.

European Systems and Components Centre (ESCC)
ESCC provides a repair service for infrastructure equipment. Customers requiring a repair service should contact the
Customer Information Desk and obtain a Return Material Authorization number. Unless advised otherwise, the
equipment should then be shipped to the following address:
