Sartorius vacuum filtration systems have been specifically
developed for routine residue analysis, particularly
colony and particle counting. The filter supports are

designed to ensure uniform distribution of substances
retained (bacteria, particles) on the surface of the

membrane filter. Releasing the vacuum under sterile
conditions by attaching a special air filter to the three-
11
way valves, prevents secondary contamination on the
11
underside of the filter. In addition, the stainless steel
11
valves allow easy control of the vacuum supply.

The special quick-lock clamp simplifies the insertion
11
and removal of the membrane filters and guarantees
12
secure attachment.
