This function makes using the device very simply when the
stored standards have a relative high colour diff erence.
When the Best Match feature is activated, one or more
folders can be seletect in the menu „Measure" for
searching suitable standards.
6.1.11 Power saving settings for the Data
Matrix camera
To save power and increase the hours of use before
recharging the Data Matrix camera can be set to power
down after a fi xed period of 1, 3 or 5 minutes. When
powered down the scanner will take a few seconds to
power up before the scan will start.

Colour systems

6.2.1 Settings Colour systems
The ColorLite Rugged 2 the possibility to display the
measured colour data in diff erent colour systems or
values. In the menu "Settings" - "Colour systems" a
list of available systems are listed. Up to 8 colour systems
can be selected at one time for the sample values. In the
same way up to 6 systems can be selected to display the
standard results and 1 for the memory viewer.

To activate a colour scale, open the
"Settings" menu. Select "Colour
systems" and press "Center".
For selecting of probe values,
standards and for the memory
viewer, the setting can be carried
out in each case separately.
