Probe heads

The probe head is fi xed to the control unit. With this
probe head the sample is illuminated at an angle of 45°
and the diff use refl ected light measured at an angle of
0°. For a d/8° probe head, the sample is illuminated
with diff used light and measured at an 8° angle.
For a d/0° probe, the sample is illuminated with
diff used light and measured at a 0° angle.
