TWO SPEED HYDRAULIC FOOT PUMP

WARNING:
The hydraulic pumps manufactured by Cembre S.p.A. have been developed to be
used with crimping, cutting heads. According to this specifi c use, they do not need
and are not equipped with a safe oil non-return system.
For this reason, use in different applications from that intended (for example with
hydraulic jacks, lifting systems or similar) can be dangerous for the operator.
Cembre S.p.A. does not accept any liability arising from the use of its hydraulics
pumps for applications different from those listed in its catalogues or other docu-
mentation.

– Two speed operation: the fi rst stage is low pressure for rapid approach, with automatic
switching to the second, high pressure stage for crimping or cutting.
– Coupler: the pump is supplied with a high pressure fl exible hose fi tted with an automatic,
female, quick-coupler, suitable for connection to a Cembre, hydraulic crimping or cutting
head working at 850 bar (see Fig. 2).
– Safety: the pump is provided with a max pressure valve; a special hydraulic gauge
(MPC1) is available to purchase separately, to check the correct setting of the valve.
