WARNING:
Hydraulic pumps manufactured by Cembre S.p.A. are developed for use with crimping or cutting
heads. According to this specifi c use, they do not need and are not equipped with an oil non-return
safety system.
For this reason, use in applications diff erent from those intended (for example with hydraulic jacks,
lifting systems or similar) can be dangerous for the operator.
Cembre S.p.A. does not accept any liability arising from the use of its hydraulics pumps for ap-
plications diff erent from those listed in its catalogues or other documentation.

– Coupler: the pump is supplied with a high pressure fl exible hose fi tted with an automatic, female,
quick-coupler, suitable for connection to a Cembre, hydraulic crimping or cutting head (TC025,
TC050, RH50, RH-TFC, RHTD1724, RHTEP, ecc.).
– Safety: the pump is provided with max pressure valve; a special hydraulic gauge (MPC1) is avail-
able, on request, to check the correct setting of the valve.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
2.1) Operation
– Connect the hydraulic head to the fl exible hose of the pump by the quick coupler (19) (Ref. to
Fig. 1)
– Remove the handle holder (01) to release the moveable handle (29).
– Operating the movable handle (29) of the pump, the piston of the connected head moving ac-
cordingly, continue the pumping action till the completion of the work of the head (dies in touch
in case of crimping tools, complete cut in case of cutting tool).
Note: for crimping heads, it is recommended to continue pumping until the maximum pressure valve is
actived and a "click" is heard.
– In order to get the re-opening of the dies (or of the blades) of the connected head, it will be
enough to press the pressure release lever (41) of the pump.
