21) There may be some water leakage if Mini L.E.D. SP
is not connected to the generator cord properly.
When using the Mini L.E.D. SP it is recommended to
turn off the irrigation function on the generator
and/or at the water supply inlet.
22) Do not attempt to unscrew the Mini L.E.D. SP.
23) This lamp is not adaptable to the Mini L.E.D. table-
top device battery.

2 - PRESENTATION

The Mini L.E.D. SP produces a visible blue light between
a wavelength of 420 and 480nm for the photo-
polymerization of dental materials. After checking the
packaging for damage (please retain the packaging), you
will find the following:
- The Mini L.E.D. SP handpiece incorporating the Light
Emitting Diode,
- the multifibre light
Ø7.5mm, sterilizable,
- a protective light shield,
- a maintenance kit of three o'rings + ring fitting tool,
- user's manual and other documents,
- a multifibre light guide, opalescent, curvature 45°,
Ø5.5mm, sterilizable (optional).

3 - COMPATIBILITY

Mini L.E.D. SP is only compatible with SATELEC
ultrasonic generators driven by the SP 4055 and SP
Newtron modules (table-top or built-in devices).
Compatible with the following Satelec table-top
devices:
- Suprasson P5 Booster
- Suprasson P Max
- Prophy Max
guide, 45° curvature,
- Prophy MAX S
- P Max Newtron
- Prophy Max Newtron
- P5 XS
Compatible with the following Satelec built- modules:
- SP 4055 modules
- SP Newtron modules

4 - INSTALLATION

1) Always sterilize the light guide and disinfect the
ultrasonic generator cord before use.
2) Plug the cord from your generator into the lamp
socket and attach the sterilized light guide to the
Mini L.E.D. SP. Make sure that the light guide is
properly inserted (click).

5 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Handpiece:
Indication LEDS:
The handpiece has a control LED that shows the device's
status. This LED is only lit up when the generator
footswitch is pressed.
Color
Green
Red
If the thermic protection is set off, a double warning
will sound and the red safety LED will light up.
Socket:
The rear socket of the lamp connects to the generator
cord.
If the cord is incorrectly inserted, some water leakage
