Troubleshooting

The power bank does not charge.
♦ The connection may be faulty . Check the connection .
A connected device does not charge.
♦ The integrated battery is empty . Charge the battery .
♦ No connection to the device . Check the connection .
♦ Press the ON/OFF button 2 once briefly to start the
charging process .
♦ The charging current of the connected device is too low or
too high .
♦ The internal overcurrent protection may have been triggered .
Disconnect the connected device and briefly connect the
micro USB charging port 4 to a power source (see section
Charging the power bank) . Afterwards, the power bank
can be used again .
NOTE
► If you cannot solve the problem with the above-mentioned
solutions, please contact the Service Hotline (see section
Service) .

Cleaning

CAUTION
Possible damage to the device .
There are no serviceable parts or parts requiring cleaning
inside the power bank . Moisture can cause damage to the
device .
► To avoid irreparable damage to the device, ensure that no
moisture gets into the device during cleaning .
► Do not use caustic, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning
materials . These can damage the surfaces of the device .
♦ Clean the housing of the device with a lightly moistened cloth
and a mild detergent only .
