The following table will help with localizing and remedying minor malfunctions:
Possible cause
The voltage of the

Mains power socket is
not working properly.

► If the malfunction cannot be resolved with the above mentioned solution
suggestions or if other forms of malfunction occur please get in touch with

Solution
Consult the device's operating instructions.
Make sure that the adapter cable and/or iPod/
iPhone cable is properly connected to the
device and charging station.
Check the adapter cable and, if necessary,
change it.
Make sure that the mains power supply unit's
connection cable is correctly connected to the
connection socket
.

Check to see if the mains power socket is pro-
viding power by plugging in another device.
