6.5.2 Main switch

The main switch (2) is on the front side of the instrument. It is fi ed with a socket for the voltage
cable, a main switch and fuses. Use only fuses F. 5 x 20 mm.
(Fuses 2.5 A / 3.15 A / 6.3 A - depending on voltage and model, take care to replace with same
type if required.)

6.5.3 Metal equalising block

The metal equalising block has (depending on model) one or two holes (see chapter 3). Here
inserts with drillings of different diamters can be inserted (see chapter 4). The func on of the
block ist to op mise the temperature uniformity within the calibra on zone.

6.5.4 Hea ng resistances / Pel er elements

For hea ng or cooling of the block, hea ng resistances or pel er elements are used inside the
instrument (depending on model).
