Damage may occur as a result of using incorrect tools during assembly,
maintenance or troubleshooting. Only use the correct tools.

Maintenance table

The following inspections are recommended:
n Suction pipes and pressure pipes for leak-free connections.
n Suction valve and pressure valve
Ä Chapter 7.2 'Replacement of Suction valve / Pressure valve' on page 43) for dirt
(
and tightness.
n Discharge connection
Ä Chapter 5.2 'Setup' on page 27, Ä on page 27 on the pump head (for diaphragm
(
breakage).
Correct metering
n
n Metering head screws (stable seat, 6 ±1 Nm)
(fester Sitz, 6 ±1 Nm) (
00250 and type 00540' on page 48, Fig. , Pos. 3 and
drawings type 00800 and 01200' on page 50,
The life of the diaphragm depends on the:
– backpressure
– operating temperature
– metering medium
It is recommended to inspect the diaphragm more frequently in extreme
operating conditions or if abrasive substances are metered.

Maintenance work
Tighten the dosing head screws (3 - 4 Nm).
Visual inspection Check tightness of connecting parts.
Visual inspection of the dosing lines.
Check suction and discharge lines for leakage-free
connection.
Check suction and discharge valves for contamination
and tightness.
Check the drain connection on the pump head
(diaphragm rupture).
Check that the dosage is correct.
Check the dosing head screws, tight fit,
(tightening torque 3 - 4 Nm).
