7 Maintenance
Personnel:
The wear and spare parts belonging to the pump type can be identified using
the pump key.

Important for all queries to the manufacturer is the correct indication of
the name and pump type.
This is the only way to ensure a flawless and fast processing.
DANGER!
Damage and injuries may occur if installation, maintenance or repair
work is carried out incorrectly.
Maintenance and repair work may only be performed by authorised and trained
specialist personnel in compliance with current local regulations.
The safety regulations and required protective clothing (PPE) must be
complied with when working with chemicals. Attention must be paid to the
information included on the product data sheet of the dosing medium used.
During or prior to maintenance and repair work:
– Use only original spare parts.
– Depressurise the pressure line.
– Disconnect the dosing medium supply and clean the system thoroughly.
– Unplug the mains plug or disconnect the pump from all power sources, and
secure against accidental re-activation!
CAUTION!
Electrical repairs may only be carried out by qualified electricians in
accordance with the applicable CE directives.
In addition the respective regulations of the countries as well as local EVU
regulations are to be considered!!
When opening covers or removing parts, unless this is possible without tools,
live parts may be exposed. Connections may also be live.
Before any adjustment, maintenance, repair or replacement of parts, the unit
must be disconnected from all power sources when opening the unit is
necessary.
