Scope of validity:

Users outside of Germany should:
– see these listed safety rules as the main ones in practice,
– compare these rules with the valid local regulations and
– carrying out the required amendments.
– Always disconnect power supply before
carrying out any work on the Shower Temple.
– Before initial use read the installation instructions.
– The electrical installation and all tests must be done
according to current valid local regulations. All work has
to be carried out by an authorised person.
– The entire electrical supply runs via a 230 V/50 Hz AC
power supply and
– must be protected by 2-pole residual current operated
circuit breaker with a 30 mA fault current with a separate
10A fuse protection.
– It is essential that the hot - and cold water supply pipes and
the steel shower tray are earthed.
– It is forbidden to replace a damaged mains connection,
the transformer cannot be operated. Send defective
transformer to the manufacturer or call the technical service,
the same is required if a fuse is released.
– The transformer and the plug should be installed outside
the bathroom in an accessible area. The Shower Temple
comes with approx. 7 m connecting cable.

– Lay the hollow pipe from the transformer to the
Shower Temple with a fall, to prevent incoming spray.
The hollow pipe should measure a minimum 25 mm
diameter for the manual Shower Temple and 35 mm
diameter for the electronic Shower Temple.
– The transformer rated output is 91 VA for the electronic
Shower Temple and 35 VA for the manual Shower Temple.
The atmospheric temperature should not exceed 40 °C,
provide sufficient ventilation. The transformer needs the
following space: Height approx. 100 mm, ground area
approx. 150 mm x 150 mm.
