uncoated aluminium cookware with a thick
base. However, coated cookware must not
be overheated or scratched.
You should not use:
– Indented or battered pans.
– Pans with a rough base.
– Pans with a curved base.
– Coated cookware that is scratched inside.

Cooking zones and dials

The hob has four cooking zones. A dial in the
control panel is assigned to each cooking
zone.

• Turn the dial to the desired level of heat
as needed. You will find the heat settings
on the switch:
"1" = lowest heat setting
"6" = highest heat setting
"0" = off.

Control light

The yellow control light (4) is illuminated as
soon as at least one of the cooking zones or
the oven is switched on. It will switch off again
when all of the cooking zones and the oven
are switched off.

Residual heat display

The residual heat display (13) will light up for
as long as the corresponding cooking zone is
hot. In this way, the device warns you against
