The oven
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Do not force the temperature control-
ler past the fi nal position.
• After you have selected the heating type,
set the desired oven temperature using
the temperature control dial. The oven
can be set from 50 °C to 250 °C. This
means that the oven is switched off.

Indicator light

The yellow control light (4) will illuminate as
soon as you switch the oven or a cooking
zone on.
The red oven light (5) will illuminate as soon
as you have selected a heating method and
set the temperature. It will illuminate while the
oven is heating up and/or re-heating. Once it
goes out, the set oven temperature has been
reached.
The red temperature light goes on and off
repeatedly during the entire cooking time.

Cooking compartment light

NOTICE
The interior light must only be used to
illuminate the cooking compartment. It
is not suitable for lighting a room.
• Set the function switch to the lamp
symbol to illuminate the oven.
• The light will also switch on as soon as
you select a heating method.

available at page GB-21.

Switching off the oven

1. Turn the temperature controller anti-clock-
wise to the '0' position.
The red oven light (5) will switch off.
2. Turn the oven dial back to the zero posi-
tion. The cooking chamber light and the
yellow control light will switch off (4).
Special preparation
information for yeast dough
1. If the baking dish does not fit in the
cooking compartment, you can remove
the baking tray guides to increase the
cooking compartment volume (see page
GB-19).
2. Pre-heat the oven to 50°C.
3. Switch the oven off when the temperature
has been reached.
4. Place the baking dish with the yeast
dough in the cooking compartment. You
can place the dish directly on the bottom
of the oven.
5. Close the oven door and leave the yeast
dough in the oven for the desired time
without further heating.
