Turn the knob (D) to select "ss" value. Press the knob (D)
to accept "ss" value and the system is now in "Timer" mode.
Timer is now ready to start.

Press the key (F) to start the timer, and then the timer is
running and the time is counting down.

Press the key (F) to stop the timer (take a break).

Press the key (F) to re-start the timer.
If the timer achieves 00:00:00, the display starts to flash
and beep (depending on the menu setting).
Counter mode (count up)
To select the counter mode, you must set all
the values to 00:00:00.

segment jumps automatically to "mm" value.

If the elapsed time exceeds the value of 100 hours, the display
switches from hour:minute:second mode to day:hour mode.
If the elapsed time exceeds the value of 100 days, the counter will
reset to 00:00:00.

From each state of the timer / counter, press the key (F) for 2 seconds
to exit the timer / counter.
