to that height. Secure the screw with the nut. For these adjustments it is recommended you use a 10 mm. spanner.
Note: Make sure that the screws are tightened securely.
2. Adjustment of the armrests:
Height adjustment (Fig. 3): Turn the handle to the left to free the tube of the armrest. Raise as you wish, and then
turn the handle to the right to fix the position.
Seat width adjustment (Fig. 8): To adjust the width between the armrests, use a size 10 mm hexagonal wrench to
loosen the hexagonal screws on the armrest adapter retainers, which are located on the side frame below the
armrests, and pull the armrests outwards or inwards to achieve the desired position. Tighten the screws securely.
Make sure that the screws are secured with the counter-nuts.
3. Control Adjustment (Fig. 9): The control can be adjusted to various positions by pushing it along the armrest.
The control can be moved by turning the lever below the arm padding to the left. The position can be secured by
turning the lever to the right.
4. When the chair leaves the factory, the parameters of the controller are set to default. However, when you want
to carry out any alterations, then you should either send the wheelchair to Sunrise Medical or contact your dealer,
where a specialist can carry out this work. In this way incorrect programming and therefore incorrect function of
the wheelchair can be avoided.
Note: A programmer or a PC-based software program with the appropriate connecting lead are required to
program the wheelchair. Programming the controller of the wheelchair is only allowed through authorised
Sunrise Medical agents. Wrong controller settings could cause driving outside the safe limits and could cause
damage and injury.
