Grease the external thread of the elbow joint with 633F11
silicone grease and screw the elbow joint into the upper arm.

Humeral rotation feature

The humeral rotation turntable has integral stops (± 80°)
to block extreme movements. Turntable friction is easily
adjusted by turning the external adjustment screw, using a
coin or similar object.
